Animation Club Meeting

First Friday Meeting: Sept. 27th 4:00 – 5:30pm - Dexter Bldg. 34 - Room 150

First Weekend Workshop: Sunday, 29th at 12:00 – 2:00pm, Bldg. 34-141

Hi everyone! Cal Poly Animation Club is a collective of animators (and those interested in animation/ or interested in becoming animators) where we get together to animate and hone our skills! Over the last two years, we’ve produced over 10 shorts, which get shown off to the community at the big Celebration of Animation we host at the end of the year!

Currently, we have relaxed general meetings, where you can come to casually animate & play animation games, and then our weekend workshops, where we have advanced animators teach skills, do demos, and help with exercises! There’s no skill requirement to join, and even if you don’t like to draw, we work in 3D animation and stop motion!

Our meeting times are Friday, in Dexter Bldg. 34-149, and workshops are in the same room on Saturdays from 12-2 but the first one is on a sunday so come join us! Our flier is outside by the Dexter gallery if you ever want to reference our meeting times!
